HajriBook Pro (“we”, “our”) helps contractors and site teams manage attendance, workers, cashbook, and reports. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), organisation and site data, worker attendance and payroll-related records you enter, and basic device / usage data needed to run the app.
How we use information
To provide and improve the product, sync data across devices, process organisation billing (e.g. Razorpay on supported platforms), and respond to support requests.
Sharing
We use trusted processors such as Firebase and Razorpay to operate the service. We do not sell your personal data. Third parties have their own privacy policies.
Retention & deletion
We keep data while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app; we remove associated personal data subject to legal retention requirements.
